About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to lead a team of software engineers, drive technical excellence, and oversee the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, architecture leadership, software development, and delivery ownership. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-performing teams, designing scalable systems, and driving engineering best practices while remaining actively involved in technical decision-making and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, regular feedback, mentoring, and support for professional development.

• Break down business requirements into technical solutions and drive execution from design through deployment.

• Lead technical design discussions and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with engineering standards.

• Review system architecture, application design, and implementation approaches for new features and platform enhancements.

• Contribute to the design and development of critical components, complex features, and high-impact technical initiatives.

• Establish and maintain engineering best practices for coding, testing, documentation, code reviews, and deployment processes.

• Drive adoption of clean architecture principles, design patterns, and software development standards across the team.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business priorities.

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, performance bottlenecks, and scalability concerns early in the development lifecycle.

• Ensure applications are designed for reliability, fault tolerance, performance, and operational supportability.

• Lead root cause analysis for production issues and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Monitor system health and work with the team to improve observability through logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering processes, development efficiency, automation, and quality.

• Review and prioritize technical debt, system modernization efforts, and platform improvement initiatives.

• Support release planning, deployment activities, and post-release monitoring to ensure smooth production operations.

• Work closely with engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps, resource planning, and team objectives.

• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL and Microservices Architecture.

• Strong SQL skills with experience in database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining distributed systems in production environments.

• Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, system integration, and service-oriented architectures.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing, and release management practices.

• Experience troubleshooting production systems using logs, monitoring tools, metrics, and traces.

• Familiarity with message queues, event-driven systems, and asynchronous processing patterns.

• Working knowledge of Angular as front end

• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure development practices.

• Experience working within Agile development environments.
