What You'll Do
As a Temporary Engagement Specialist, you'll play a key role on our Member Services team, helping deliver exceptional experiences to Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) members during our busiest season. Your contributions will directly impact member satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall success of our annual Open Enrollment period.
You will:
Bring fresh ideas to the table. We're all about innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless member experience.
Provide outstanding customer service to CDH members and benefit plan participants.
Deliver professional, empathetic support through inbound and outbound phone interactions.
Accurately research and resolve member inquiries related to healthcare benefits.
Meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), productivity metrics, and quality standards.
Follow escalation procedures and ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
Conduct proactive follow-up with members to ensure a positive customer experience.
Support increased call volumes during Open Enrollment and peak benefits seasons.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.

Must Haves
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center operations, claims processing, phone support, or a related role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional environment.
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting healthcare, employee benefits, or Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) programs.
Experience working in a metrics-driven or SLA-focused environment.
Previous Open Enrollment or seasonal customer support experience.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Important Information
This is a temporary seasonal position designed to support ThrivePass during our annual peak season. Employment is expected to run from November 2026 through March 2027 under a fixed-term employment agreement.
